Conservative schadenfreude is back on the books, today’s Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll shows Obama’s Presidential Approval Index slides to -20. That is 23% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapprove. That’s not the lowest, but it’s the second time Obama has been ‘Minus Twenty Something‘.
