Obama Approval… Up?

For conservatives, the low approval rate for Obama was so consistent it was almost reassuring.  Now it seems, that’s about to end.   Obama has gained better than expected approval from his less then spectacular ‘State of the Union’ address.  Rasmussen is reporting 35% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President (the highest level of strong approval for the President in more than seven months). Before the speech, just 27% voiced strong approval.  Minus 4, could it keep improving?

    This sort of spike is typical after something like the STU, but for his numbers to actually remain there he will have to deliver on what he says, which I doubt he can do.
