Mental Illness:  Duke’s family revealed he suffered from a history of Bi-Polar symptoms.

Social Media: Duke used his ‘About Me’ section on Facebook to leave a politically charged departing message prior to attending the public meeting.

Media Reaction: Calm/Limited:  Clay Duke was a troubled, broke ex-con with bipolar disorder, an interest in anarchy, a wife whose unemployment benefits had run out and frustrations that reached their boiling point on a day circled on his calendar at home. Target/s:  Rep. Gabriell Giffords (AZ)

Location:  Public appearance of Rep. Gabriell Giffords during ‘Congress on your Corner’ event at Tucson AZ  - January 8, 2011

Victims:  5 Dead, 14 Injured including Rep. Gabriell Giffords.

Mental Illness:  No mental health reports have been released on Loughner, media reports have circulated basing his mental health on his You Tube videos, and expulsion from a community college over his erratic behavior.

Social Media: Loughner had extensive use of message boards, posted a final message on My Space profile, as well as a number of self-made You Tube videos covering Mind Control /The Gold Standard, and burning the American flag.

Media Reaction:  Ongoing:  Within moments of another American horror – the shooting of a congresswoman and 19 other people in Tucson on Saturday – the proclaiming of causes, reasons and influences began.
